Choosing your tiles
Material, scale and the right surface for your space.
Where should I begin with my tile selection?
Start with the room, the light and how the space will be used. Choose a material direction — stone, marble, timber or decorative — then compare the colour and finish using physical samples. Our mood boards can help bring the palette together.
Explore the mood boards ↗Can all tiles be used on both walls and floors?
No. Suitability depends on the exact product and finish. Our collections include porcelain and white-bodied tiles. Some decorative designs are suitable for walls only. Check the application information for your selected variant and ask us to confirm suitability before ordering. Your installer should also assess the wall or floor construction.
Explore the collections ↗How do I choose between matt and polished finishes?
Compare them in the light of your room. A polished finish reflects light and highlights movement, while a matt finish gives a quieter appearance. Appearance alone does not establish suitability for a wet floor: confirm the exact product’s technical information for the intended application.
What should I know about slip ratings?
Ask for the manufacturer’s test information for the exact tile and finish. A rating is part of a specification, rather than a promise that a floor cannot become slippery. Wet areas, barefoot use, drainage, contamination and maintenance need to be considered together with your installer.
Ask about your specification ↗02 / Guidance
Samples & material palettes
See the colour in your light. Feel the finish.
How many samples can I request?
Choose up to three free tile samples with free delivery. Add the specific colours and finishes to your basket, enter your delivery details and review the request before confirming. Availability and dispatch are confirmed separately. Delivery is free for your first three samples.
Choose your samples ↗Will my sample show the full tile pattern?
A sample helps you assess colour, texture and finish, but may not show every part of a large tile’s pattern. Marble, stone and wood effects can vary between pieces. View the manufacturer imagery alongside your samples and ask us about the wider pattern variation.
How should I compare samples at home?
Place them beside your wall colour, cabinetry and other finishes. Look at them in daylight and under your evening lighting, in the position where they will be installed. Keep a note of the collection, colour and finish so you can identify the exact variant later.

Planning your project
Measure carefully. Leave room for the details.
How do I work out the area I need?
Measure each rectangular area in metres and multiply its length by its width. Add the areas together, with your installer checking alcoves, steps and irregular shapes. Net area is a starting point: the final order must also account for layout, cuts, wastage and full-box quantities.
How much extra should I allow for cuts and wastage?
Ask your installer to calculate an allowance for the specific layout and tile format. Diagonal patterns, herringbone, small rooms and complex cuts can require more material. Agree the order quantity before placing it, and consider spare pieces for future repairs; a later batch may not match exactly.
What information should I include in a project enquiry?
Share the room type, approximate area, preferred collections, delivery postcode and required date. Add details of your wall or floor application, any wet areas and the finish you want. We can then discuss specification, availability, quantities, pricing and delivery.

Ordering & delivery
A considered selection, with clear arrangements.
How does sourcing directly from Spain work?
We source selected collections through our manufacturing partners rather than holding every range in a UK warehouse. Before a product order is placed, we confirm the exact specification, availability, project quotation and delivery arrangements. Some of our decorative collections are also supplied from UK stock.
Is delivery free?
Free mainland delivery applies to Spain-direct tile orders from 30 m² and UK-stocked tile orders from 15 m². Smaller Spain-direct orders cost £300 including VAT for delivery per order to mainland addresses. Smaller UK-stocked orders follow our delivery rates. Non-mainland delivery is quoted before payment regardless of quantity. Your first three samples also have free delivery.
View delivery information ↗What are the delivery lead times?
Our collections sourced from Spain currently show an estimated four-week delivery time. UK-stocked collections typically take 3–5 working days, subject to availability and delivery confirmation. These are estimates: confirm the timing for your exact order before scheduling installation.
Can I buy tiles directly through the website?
The website lets you explore collections, request samples and send a project enquiry. Product quantities, pricing and delivery are agreed through a project quotation before an order is placed. Sample confirmation is separate from a paid product order.
What should I check before accepting a pallet delivery?
Confirm the vehicle access, unloading method, delivery location and any handling you need to arrange before dispatch. When your order arrives, check the delivery against your order and photograph any visible packaging damage. Keep the packaging and notify us promptly if something appears damaged or missing.

Installation & care
Good preparation. A considered finish.
What should my installer confirm before fixing tiles?
Ask your installer to assess the substrate, loading, preparation, layout, movement joints, grout joints and suitable fixing materials. Large formats and wet areas require particular attention. Use the current instructions for the tiles and installation system; water-resistant adhesive and grout do not replace a suitable waterproofing system where one is required.
What should I check before installation starts?
Compare the delivered product with your order: collection, colour, size, finish and batch information. Inspect pieces in good light and discuss the layout and pattern distribution with your installer. If something looks wrong, stop and contact us before fixing. Raising a concern does not remove your statutory rights.
How should I clean my tiles?
Use the tile manufacturer’s care instructions for the exact surface, together with the grout manufacturer’s guidance. Confirm suitable products before using cleaners, sealers or stain treatments, and test as directed in an inconspicuous area. After-installation cleaning and routine care may require different methods.

Clear next steps when something needs attention.
What is your cancellation policy?
For standard tiles ordered online or by phone, consumers can normally cancel before delivery or within 14 days after receiving the goods, with a further 14 days to return them after notifying us. Packing, dispatch or sourcing a standard tile from Spain does not automatically remove this right. Genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods may be excluded from change-of-mind cancellation if this is made clear before ordering; faulty-goods rights still apply. See the full policy for refunds and return arrangements.
Read the cancellation and returns policy ↗Can I amend an order after it has been packed?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the change is possible and explain any revised price, delivery date or separately agreed amendment costs before proceeding. An amendment request is different from exercising a statutory cancellation right; we do not apply a blanket repacking or restocking fee to a statutory cancellation.
What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
Contact us promptly with your order reference, a description of the issue and photographs of the tiles and packaging. Keep the packaging and affected pieces while we review the problem. Avoid installing damaged tiles. See our returns and damage page for the current policy.
Read the returns & damage policy ↗Where can I find your returns arrangements?
Our returns and damage page explains cancellations, refunds and damaged or faulty goods. Our arranged change-of-mind pallet return transport costs £360 including VAT per pallet; the number of pallets and total cost are disclosed before purchase. This rate does not apply to small sample parcels. We confirm the correct return address for your order. We cover reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods.
View the returns policy ↗Installation and care guidance should always be checked against the exact manufacturer’s instructions and your installer’s assessment.
