Who we are.
Porcelain Collective Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company number 17374123. Registered office: 30 Harborough Road, Northampton, England, NN2 7AZ. VAT number: GB527227885. Contact info@porcelaincollective.co.uk or 07525 667002 about your order.
Quotations and orders.
Website tile prices and calculators are guides. Enquiries and quotation requests do not place a paid tile order. Before you commit, we provide the selected products, quantities, total price, VAT, delivery charges, payment arrangements and estimated delivery timing in writing. A paid tile order is accepted only when we send written order acceptance. An acknowledgement of your enquiry or receipt of payment alone is not order acceptance. If we cannot accept an order, any payment received for it will be refunded without undue delay.
Prices, quantities and payment.
Displayed tile guide prices include VAT. Your written quotation confirms the VAT amount and total payable. Mainland Spain-direct tile orders of 30 m² or more and UK-stocked tile orders of 15 m² or more qualify for free delivery. Spain-direct orders below 30 m² have a £300 delivery charge including VAT (£250 excluding VAT) per order to UK mainland addresses. Smaller UK-stocked orders have one postcode-based delivery charge per order at the published VAT-inclusive rate, regardless of the number of boxes or pallets. Non-mainland addresses require a delivery quotation before payment, regardless of quantity. Whole-box rounding and wastage are confirmed in your quotation. Calculator estimates should be checked with your installer before you order. Payment amounts and due dates are agreed in writing before commitment. We will not substitute a product or increase an accepted order price without your agreement.
Free samples.
Your first three samples are free, with free delivery. No payment is required. The confirmation email acknowledges your request; we confirm availability and dispatch separately. Samples illustrate colour and finish; shade, veining and pattern can vary between pieces and production batches. Contact us before installation if goods differ from their description or agreed specification.
Delivery.
UK-stocked tiles typically take 3–5 working days; Spanish imports typically take approximately four weeks. We confirm the applicable delivery arrangements and timing before ordering. Tell us about access restrictions before delivery is arranged. Goods remain at our risk until you or a person you identify takes physical possession, except where you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer. Do not book installation based solely on an estimated arrival date.
Cancellations, returns and problems.
Consumers ordering standard goods online or by phone normally have 14 days after receipt to notify cancellation, then a further 14 days to return them. Standard tiles sourced from Spain are not automatically bespoke. The exception applies only to genuinely personalised or made-to-specification goods identified before purchase. Our returns policy explains refunds, disclosed return transport costs and remedies for damaged, faulty or incorrect goods. No blanket restocking fee applies to statutory cancellation.
Read the returns and damage policy. These terms do not reduce your statutory rights.
